Shrub: Evergreen. Deer resistant. Coastal tolerant. This is a new clump forming Cordyline. Tight dense habit, similar to a Phormium. Great container plant. Foliage color: weeping burgundy. Established plants have fragrant white flowers in summer. Garden size: 3' x 3'. Exposure: sun/light shade. Prefers good drainage. Fairly drought tolerant but is lusher with regular water. USDA Z8.
