A delightful evergreen perennial native to New Zealand, Baumea rubiginosa 'Variegata' forms stiff, upright clumps of narrow, tubular foliage in rich dark green beautifully striped with golden yellow. Slow-spreading and well-behaved, it tolerates boggy conditions including free-standing water, making it an excellent choice for pond edges, rain gardens, and containers. Deer resistant and easy to grow in sun to part shade.
