Container Grasses
Use ornamental grasses, sedges and other foliage plants to add height, texture and movement to pots and patio displays. Choose a container that suits the plant's mature size and has drainage holes.
Check each species' sun and moisture requirements. Plants in pots may need more frequent watering than plants in the ground, and roots in exposed containers can experience colder winter temperatures.
