Sisyrinchium bellum 'Rocky Point' – Blue-Eyed Grass
Plant Profile
Sisyrinchium bellum 'Rocky Point' – Blue-Eyed Grass
Create a low-growing ribbon of blue-violet flowers with this compact, grass-like perennial.
Sisyrinchium bellum 'Rocky Point' pairs slender green foliage with blue-violet flowers accented by bright yellow centers. A member of the iris family rather than a true grass, this compact selection brings a meadow-like feel to borders, rock gardens, and naturalistic plantings. Its small scale makes it especially useful near pathways and at the front of mixed beds. Provide good drainage and occasional water during extended dry periods; foliage may become less prominent during summer drought.
